When you make any purchase in our store, you will be agreeing to these Terms and Conditions:
Our online store is open to the public 24/7. Our office hours however is from 10:00AM to 17:00PM weekdays.
Create your account using your email. Login with the same email via a login link sent to your inbox. Make sure you use an active email as automated processing emails is sent to the registered email you supply. Please register adding your full name and surname, email and cell number. Using just your email is not sufficient.
Please read the Store info here to familiarize yourself with our system before making a purchase.
Discounts are reserved for frequent and repeat clients only and given at our discretion.
Processing of Orders:
All placed orders should be paid within 24 hours of placement and of receiving the store email. Please note that our banking details is included in this first confirmation email the store sends out.
Orders are locked in for production only when Proof of Payment is received. We request that clients only place orders when they are ready to make payment in full. We do not offer payment plans or product on credit. Don't forget to make a payment within 24 hours of placing your order and send us the Proof of Payment to email@example.com. No orders will be manufactured until full payment reflects in our account.
We start processing paid orders only once our Paper shipment is received.
All orders are "made to order".
We run a monthly order and shipping cycle with set dates for each stage of processing. Read about it in the Store Info section here.
